The Association, Summer Section, has established a perpetual trophy to commemorate Mr Maurice Clifton. This trophy is awarded to the team scoring the highest average score in the minor round and is open to all teams participating in the summer section competitions. The trophy is retained by the winning team until January of the following season.
In 2014 it was decided to award one trophy to each of the competitions (Open and Junior).
