Regrading will be conducted after all matches are completed on 12th May. A reminder to all clubs that your scores recorder MUST enter or confirm the scores of matches played on 12th May NO LATER THAN 8pm on that day. Fines will apply for late entry/confirmation.
The grading committee will be meeting on Sunday (Mother's Day) to complete the regrading and the revised programs and details of regrading will be circulated to club secretaries as soon as possible after completion (most likely on Monday).
Grades not affected by regrading will have their fixtures available on the SAUCNA website Monday morning whilst all affected grades will take longer - hopefully completed and checked by Wednesday at that latest.
Clubs are reminded that no time changes are available for Association courts however if regrading causes court clashes or umpire availability issues in the suburbs, changes may be made in consultation with the opposing club. All changes made must be forwarded to the Association Secretary AND the Association Registrar (suburban courts) to ensure fixtures are updated on the website.
Thanks in advance for your patience and support.
